Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Please note that during high-volume periods or due to unforeseen postal service delays, processing times may be extended.
Out-of-Stock Items
In the rare event that an item is out of stock, processing may take up to 2 weeks. We will notify you of any delays and post updates on our website or social media platforms. Please be sure to check these sources for the latest information regarding stock availability.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

No Local Delivery: Deliveries are made on weekdays. We will contact you via the email address you provided at checkout to notify you of the arrival day.

No In-store Pickup: We do not offer in-store pickup at this time.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping to limited countries, including Europe, Canada, and Australia. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Please note: If your shipping address is outside the United States and you wish to return your order, you will need to cover the return shipping costs. Please send the courier and tracking information to info@sheraia.com.
How to Check the Status of My Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification that includes a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@sheraia.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes
Some carriers have limitations on shipping to P.O. Boxes. If one of your carriers has such restrictions, please review their policy and be aware that delivery may be impacted. If you have concerns, please contact us before placing your order.
Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original condition. We will issue a refund for the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
